Flat Warts

Flat warts are common on the face, hands, and neck, but fortunately, they are generally harmless and painless. Flat warts (verruca plana) are small, smooth, usually skin-colored, or light brown. They measure approximately 2 to 5 mm (.25″) across. They can appear in large groupings.
